So, I'm just sitting here listening to Pandora while doing my Italian homework, and the most amazing song is playing into my ears. Its Pinetop Perkins "Big Fat Mamma". Pure genius.
That's a great little post - it's cool when people run across music they dig. I don't know the song (but I know a lot of Pinetop's stuff). What was so cool about the song?
If you liked Pinetop, I have a CD on my iTunes by a blues pianist named Grey Ghost that you might dig. He was about a zillion years old and had been playing since god was young, and someone arranged for him to make this cool piano blues CD. Fine stuff.
